This training is delivered entirely online by our professional instructor. The duration is half a day, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our instructor will contact you one week before the event date.
Course Requirements:
The company must be Global accredited and approved by Kantech.
The technician MUST HAVE completed the EntraPass Corporate training beforehand.
This is NOT a Corporate Certification Course.

- The participant must have successfully completed the EntraPass Corporate Certification BEFORE attending this training.
- This course is for Canadian attendees only.
- All attendees must be approved by Kantech. If you are not approved, your training will be canceled, and you will be refunded without notice.
Course Overview:
- You will be able to configure and program an access control system with doors, cards, access levels, and schedules.
- Understand the difference between Corporate and Global.
- Ability to program Global features such as areas, dual custody, virtual alarm system, and global relay triggers.
- Ability to program a KT-NCC on integration points, including DSC intrusion and American Dynamics/Exacq video.
- Benefits of the KT-NCC over the Global Windows gateway.
- Learn the new features of the current versions.
Kantech Training Policy:
- Training is offered exclusively to Kantech integrators and their clients. End-users may participate in the training, but only integrators will receive certification upon completion of the course. End-users will receive a certificate of completion. Kantech technical support is only available to Kantech integrators.
- The Kantech EntraPass Global Edition certification follows the company, not the technician.
- Titan Products Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a participation request for any reason. In such a case, Titan Products Group's sole responsibility will be limited to refunding the paid tuition fee in full. The participant will be informed.
- You must be a registered participant to attend a course. Full tuition is charged upon registration to confirm your participation. Walk-ins are not permitted. Basic IT knowledge, including Windows usage and network configuration, is required.
- The participant must cancel their training registration at least 14 days before the start date by writing to info@tpgsecurity.ca. If you do not cancel your registration within this time frame, no refund will be given.
- Titan Products Group may cancel training if necessary. In such a case, Titan Products Group's sole responsibility will be limited to refunding the paid tuition fee in full. If a course is canceled, we will make every effort to notify participants one week before the training.
- 100% attendance is required for successful course completion. If a participant fails to show up or complete the entire training, no refund will be given.
- For training, a computer with Internet access is required. The computer must be able to run WebEx. A phone is needed to call a toll-free number for audio. Internet is required.
